Payment is due at time of service unless other agreed upon arrangements have been made in advance. After Time of Service rates reflect the additional added expense of third party administrative, insurance billing, and collections services who are relied upon for their zone of genius, so we can focus on on providing excellent massage and manual therapy services.

Monthly Membership
Monthly payments for services are automatically charged to the card on file on the agreed upon date every month. Best for those who want to receive massages regularly with reoccuring a monthly appointment. Additional massages for the month are charged at the same discounted membership rate.
6 month minimum required.
Can cancel at any time after the 6 month minimum has been met.

Insurance Billing:
Soo is an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence, Premera, Anthem), Providence, and Aetna currently. If you have massage benefits with your plan from one of these companies, and would like us to direct bill, please contact us as we will need to confirm benefits, and find out if any preauthorizations or referrals by a prescribing provider are necessary to access massage benefits for your plan.
Payment at time of service can be made with HSA and FSA cards for plans that cover massage therapy. It is your responsibility to find out if massage is covered under your health plan connected to your HSA or FSA accounts.
Upon request we can issue an itemized invoice, called a superbilled, to be submitted to your health insurance carrier for reimbursement or to meet your deductible when out-of-network benefits are available.
Late Cancellation and No-call/No-show Policy:
Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a charge equal to 50% of the full at time of service rate of the session sessions without any discounts. No-call/no-shows, where client do not show up for their scheduled session and has not notified Rebalance MLD and Massage before the start of the session or cancel their session within 2 hours, incur fee equal to 100% of the full undiscounted at time of service price of the session which was booked. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
