Late Cancellation and No-call/No-show Policy: Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a charge equal to 50% of the full price of the session booked without any discounts. No-call/no-shows, where client does not show up for their scheduled session and has not notified Rebalance MLD and Massage before the start of the session, incur a no-call/no-show fee equal to 100% of the full undiscounted price of the session which was booked. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

We are in the process of credentialling with a select group of Health Insurance Companies, and will be providiing billing services for covered services on those plans soon. A superbill for non covered plans is available  upon request. Holistic wellness services and out-of-Network providers are often not covered by Insurance or HSA/FSA plans. it is your responsibilty to know your plan details before submitting superbills to your carrier for reimbursement. We are not responsible for denied submissions.

Holistic Wellness Massage rates reflect payment at time of service discount(s), and pricing for in office only. Additional admistrative fees or travel fees will be applied to cover time and expenses for contracted admistrator who handles billing and travel expenses and travel time. Travel fees may be reduced for those with ambulatory issues and medical necessity, such as those bed bound or using a wheelchair.

Payment is due at time of service unless communicated otherwise before your scheduled appointment. If you need billing services provided to your insurance carrier, additional information about plan or claim details will be needed a minimun of 3 business days, Monday-Friday, in advance of your first appointment to confirm benefits. Some plans require a prescription for medical massage and preauthorization for services to be covered by insurance and may extend the minimum time.
